Where We Ship

We ship throughout Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and to all European Union countries.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped the same day or within 24 business hours of payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). During high-demand periods (product launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Carrier & Delivery Times

We ship via Correos from our warehouse in Fuerteventura, Spain (postcode 35660). Estimated delivery times are:

• Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days
• Canary Islands: 5–8 business days
• European Union: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment on the Correos website.

Customs & Taxes (EU Shipments)

No additional customs duties apply to shipments within the EU. Applicable VAT is included in the price at the time of purchase.
